(hereinafter referred to as the "Accommodation Provider").

2. ORDER, RESERVATION AND CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

2.1. The guest requests accommodation or a gift voucher via the inquiry form on the website zamekcejkovice.cz, or by email or telephone. This inquiry is non-binding.

2.2. Based on the inquiry, the Accommodation Provider sends the guest a price quote along with information regarding availability.

2.3. The contractual relationship (accommodation contract) between the Accommodation Provider and the guest arises at the moment the Accommodation Provider confirms the binding reservation in writing (by email). If the Accommodation Provider requires a deposit payment, the contract is concluded upon full payment of this deposit, unless stated otherwise by the Accommodation Provider.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT CONDITIONS

3.1. Prices for accommodation and services are contractual. The binding price is always the price specified in the reservation confirmation sent by the Accommodation Provider.

3.2. Payment for accommodation and services can be made:

  • by bank transfer to the Accommodation Provider's bank account based on an advance invoice,
  • by credit/debit card or in cash at the hotel reception.

3.3. The Accommodation Provider is entitled to require an advance deposit payment of up to 100% of the total accommodation price, particularly for group bookings (weddings, corporate events) or during high-demand dates.

4. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS (RESERVATION CANCELLATION)

4.1. The guest has the right to cancel the reservation (withdraw from the contract) up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled day of arrival. Cancellation must be made in writing (by email to the Accommodation Provider's address).

4.2. In the event of reservation cancellation, the Accommodation Provider is entitled to charge cancellation fees (contractual penalty) as follows:

  • Cancellation more than 2 days prior to scheduled arrival: free of charge (no cancellation fee).
  • Cancellation 1 day prior to scheduled arrival or less (including no-show): 100% of the total accommodation price.

4.3. For special events, weddings, corporate events, or purchases made via Slevomat or Booking.com, cancellation conditions may be agreed individually in a written quote or contract. In such cases, the individual conditions take precedence over these GTC.

5. EXCLUSION OF THE 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1. The Accommodation Provider hereby explicitly notifies the guest (consumer) that under Section 1837(j) of the Czech Civil Code, the consumer does NOT have the right to withdraw from an accommodation contract without giving a reason within 14 days, provided that the accommodation facility (Accommodation Provider) provides performance on a designated date.

5.2. A concluded accommodation reservation for a specific date is therefore binding for the guest, and any cancellation thereof is governed exclusively by the Accommodation Provider's cancellation conditions (see Section 4 of these GTC).

6. GIFT VOUCHERS

6.1. If a guest purchases a gift voucher for accommodation or services at a distance (by email), they have the consumer right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the voucher without giving any reason, provided that the services have not yet been consumed.

6.2. The guest must send the notice of withdrawal to the Accommodation Provider in writing (e.g., by email) within the 14-day period. For withdrawal, the guest may use the standard form:
Withdrawal Form

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS DURING ACCOMMODATION

7.1. Accommodation is provided to guests on the day of arrival (Check-in) from 3:00 PM (15:00). On the day of departure (Check-out), the guest is obliged to vacate the room by 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise by the parties.

7.2. A strict no-smoking policy applies throughout the hotel premises. Pets are allowed only by prior agreement for a fee.

7.3. The guest is obliged to comply with the hotel house rules, which are available at the reception.

8. OUT-OF-COURT CONSUMER DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ČOI)

8.1. If a consumer dispute arises between the Accommodation Provider and the guest (consumer) that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, the consumer has the right to submit a proposal for out-of-court dispute resolution to the designated entity, which is:

  • Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce - ČOI)
  • Central Inspectorate - ADR Department
  • Štěpánská 44, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic
  • Web: adr.coi.cz, Email: adr@coi.cz

8.2. The European Commission also operates an online dispute resolution platform at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

9.1. These GTC are valid and effective as of July 1, 2026.

9.2. The Accommodation Provider reserves the right to unilaterally amend these GTC. However, a specific reservation is always governed by the version of the GTC in effect at the time the reservation was made.
