Withdrawal from Contract & Booking Cancellation

This form serves for statutory withdrawal from a distance contract (e.g., return of a gift voucher purchased by email within 14 days under the Czech Civil Code) as well as for general accommodation booking cancellation requests.

Notice: According to law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation bookings for a specific date within the 14-day period; cancellations are governed by our General Terms and Conditions.
